In Britain most shops open at nine o'clock and they close at half past five. They open from Monday to Saturday. Some big shops open on Sundays, too, from ten o'clock to four o'clock.
A lot of supermarkets open from eight o'clock in the morning to nine or ten o'clock at night, and some supermarkets open for 24 hours.
Banks are usually open from half past nine to half past four from Monday to Friday. People in offices usually work from nine o'clock to five o'clock.
Most football matches are on Saturday afternoon. They start at three oclock.
